Established in 2025, Twin City Aviation enters the flight training market in the Triad with a unique blend of energy and experience. Co-founders Tyler and Tanner Batten have most recently completed their CFI and CFII, respectively, and together provide an energetic and commanding knowledge of the most up-to-date technical knowledge and flight skills. At the same time, experience is invaluable, and the Batten brothers have partnered with a Chief Flight Instructor with over 37 years and 7500 flight hours to expose their students to the best possible learning environment. 

Our primary goal at Twin City Aviation is to educate students and prepare them for certification. We aim to bring your flight instruction to a new level with an attitude of vitality and optimism. We not only want to train tomorrow’s leaders in flight, but we also want to make certain that you enjoy all aspects of your flight instruction and remain active pilots for life.
